We are a product and engineering team working at the intersection of artificial intelligence, data and digital services. Our approach combines direct communication, fast iteration and the discipline required for institutional projects.
We work closely with client teams, domain experts and technology partners to turn complex requirements into systems that can be understood, used and maintained.
The team is deliberately small. Every project is led by people who design, build and support the system themselves — there is no handover between a sales layer and a delivery layer.

Partnership model
We work both as a direct delivery partner and alongside existing teams — client IT departments, domain consultants and technology vendors. On institutional projects we are used to formal requirements, documentation obligations and multi-stakeholder coordination; on product work we bring the speed of a small studio.
